Mama & Babe Yoga - 8 week series
Take the time and space to breathe and re-connect with your postpartum body and Mother self. In this class, you are welcome as you are! This includes nursing babes, diaper changes, and everything that comes with having a wee one.
We will move mindfully, working to regain strength and opening. We will breath, we will share, and we will connect.
All levels of yoga experience and aspects of Motherhood are welcome.
This class is for Mamas and with their babes who are not yet crawling.
