This class is a combination of breath, hip and heart opening yoga, freeform ecstatic dance, voice, sacred circle, and time for integration. Yummy juicy bassy beats offered for your dancing pleasure, combined with sacred sounds.

The focus is really on self-love and finding pleasure - both in the body and also in every day life. My own path has led me in and out of numbness and pain in the pelvis and Yoni - through dance, yoga, sitting with emotion, as well as sensual practices, I am finding healing. It's my mission to journey into these places with you, inquiring gently, and offer a safe space to explore. We will explore sexuality, pleasure, the Yoni, physical and emotional holding patterns, and shame. We will do this with breath, voice, sacred sisterhood circle, hip and heart opening yoga, and free form ecstatic dance. Oh, and laughter, joy, play, and friendship! My hope is that you come closer to daily bliss, your feminine self and acceptance of her, more pleasure both in intimacy and life, and your souls VOICE.
