I am located in the Cowichan Valley and serve Mamas and families as far as Nanaimo and Shawnigan Lake.
Sacred Birth Package:
❤ Complimentary in-person interview to see if we are a fit to work together
❤ 2 Prenatal visits - including birth visioning, birth art, yoga inspired birth prep, and looking at any emotions and fears that you may have about birth and Motherhood
❤ Email & Text support from the time we decide to work together until 6 weeks postpartum
❤ 24 hour on call support from 38 weeks until labour begins
❤ Continuous emotional and physical support from the time you need me until baby is born
❤ Energy work, toning, song, movement, essential oils - if you so choose
❤ 2 (or so) hours of support after baby is born - until you are settled
❤ 1-2 Postpartum visits, which may include : support with breastfeeding & babywearing, tidying your house, listening, debriefing about your birth.

Ecstatic Birth Package:

* Half of the fee is due upon deciding to work together, and the other half at 38 weeks. Payment plans and sliding scale available upon discussion and assessment of needs.
